Library Bar — Restaurant in Tel-Aviv

The bar is located in the Norman Hotel. Excellent service from the door, very professional, friendly but not unceremonious. The cozy atmosphere of the European bar, pleasant unobtrusive and not loud music makes it possible to chat with friends. The interior is designed in a classic style and sets you up for relaxation, romance, and conversation. The appetizers were delicious, the anchovies in particular were excellent, not over salted and with fresh oil. The choice of alcohol in the bar is quite basic, we did not notice any specialization in any section - this is not a whiskey bar, not a wine cellar and not a pub. As many people here have already said, this is a hidden gem. One of the most aesthetically pleasing bars in Tel Aviv, you'll feel like you're in a different world when you walk in.

A great lounge located inside the upscale Norman boutique hotel. I personally really love the atmosphere and background music. The crowd is a mix of upscale customers (business people, hotel guests, etc.), tourists and trendy Tel-Avivians. The place is pricy but does serve some of the better cocktails in Tel-Aviv and also has good food. On packed nights service might be slow.
