We bought a painting we liked ( quite costly ) and expected to get s full professional service . However , we were surprised that info on Tax once we shipped the painting was not provided . When contacting the gallery we were told that they just take care of shipping and framing but they are not aware of tax rules when shipping . We have bought previously other art pieces that we shipped to Canada ( where we live) and were always provided full information and hence expected to receive the same service . This was an unpleasant surprise and we would expect more professional service provided in a gallery that does work...
