I'm not complaining about the staff, they were fine. The business itself is the problem. This is not a coffee shop, it's a coffee cart with 4 walls. There's absolutely nothing to eat besides an embarrassing cookie selection, one kind of cake, or a piece of brioche. No croissants, sandwiches, toasts, eggs, salads, nothing.
Alright, so at least the coffee is good, right? Sure, if you like paper cups. Only espresso is served in a proper ceramic cup, anything larger - paper. No coffee cups/mugs here.
Also, the coffee itself is rather boutique, mine was way too sour (fruity) to my taste but I didn't get any explanation or choice of what coffee I like/prefer. I don't know if they have a selection of beans/roasts or if it's just the one, but they don't bother telling you what you're in for..
To conclude, this is an Instagram business. All show, no substance. You need to show up, take a nice snap capturing the atmospheric decor and scenery, and move on with your day. Not all that...
