In the the very first moment, after entering through the doors leading to Restauran I felt positive energy, filling my mind with one sentence "You are welcome here". Friendly smiles on employess faces, their proffesional but in the same time very homey attitude, instantly made me feel as a guest, who is not just "another customer", but the person about which they cared. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy. Chatters of other guessts blend together with gentle music in background and sounds coming from the kitchen. It suits the place and make it even more attractive. We've ordered three different pizzas. Each one was delicious, each one special in taste. As a guest from another country I did want to try one of the most iconic meals offered in Italy and I am very happy that I could try it in this place. I honestly recommend this place and I swear that I will return here whenever I visit Bolzano again. We ate here very important dinner, the last one before my reutrn to homeland. Ein echter Geheimtipp für alle Pizza-Liebhaber! Wir waren kürzlich in der Pizzeria Giulia und wurden rundum begeistert.

Bedienung & Service: Die Bedienung war flink, freundlich und hat uns mit einem ehrlichen Lächeln sehr gut beraten. Man hatte das Gefühl, hier arbeitet jemand mit Herz – das macht sofort einen positiven Unterschied.

Getränkeauswahl: Besonders erwähnenswert ist die große Auswahl an Bieren – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas Passendes zum Essen.

Pizza – das absolute Highlight: Jetzt aber zum Star des Abends: die Pizza. Sie war schlichtweg phänomenal – knuspriger Rand, perfekt abgestimmter Belag und ein Teig, der seinesgleichen sucht. Ehrlich gesagt: dafür müsste es sechs Sterne geben. Wir sind uns einig, dass es sich hier wahrscheinlich um eine der besten Pizzen der Umgebung handelt.

Ambiente: Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Einrichtung des Lokals. Zwar ist alles sauber, aber man merkt, dass das Interieur nicht mehr ganz dem heutigen Standard entspricht. Ein frisches Design oder eine sanfte Modernisierung würde dem tollen Gesamteindruck sicher noch einen zusätzlichen Glanz verleihen.

Ho telefonato alla pizzeria per ordinare tre pizze da asporto. Mi è stato indicato un tempo di attesa di trenta minuti. Puntualmente mi sono presentato, ma ho dovuto aspettare un'altra mezz'ora. Capita. Ma magari delle scuse, anche solo formali, ci stavano. Ho pagato 32€ per tre pizze da asporto (salamino, bufala e capricciosa)... Sinceramente non economici come prezzi. Quello che più mi ha sorpreso è la mia al salamino che è apparsa parecchio bruciacchiata sia sopra (il cornicione l'ho praticamente buttato) che sotto, segno che il forno non era adeguatamente pulito. Me ne sono accorto solo a casa. Se l'avessi consumata sul posto l'avrei rimandata indietro. Un pizzaiolo, secondo il mio parere, una pizza così non la fa uscire. Insomma... Non una...
