Il Pozzo Dei Desideri — Restaurant in Adria

The Pozzo is in a lovely location, with a small square and wishing well (thus the name) right outside (so plenty of outdoor seating, especially in summer) right by the canal that goes through the centre of Adria.

The staff are extremely friendly, and very professional.

This is a bar, not a restaurant, so there are all the drinks you could want (alcoholic and non-alcoholic, hot or cold) and a selection of Italian fast food (piadinas, sandwiches, salads, etc.)

We went on a Sunday lunch-time, which is about the worst time possible to eat, after Saturday night and the fact that Sunday is a family day in Italy with not much call for bar food. We went for piadinas. Several of the ingredients we wanted were understandably not available ... until the waitress went and hunted them out somewhere, so extra kudos to her for making such an effort!

Prezzi assolutamente fuori per fuori. MAI speso così tanto. Siamo rimasti veramente male, chiedere prezzi da Venezia! Ad un tavolo al sole con tovaglie non pulite in plastica per una birra normalissima ed un toast! Da evitare! O ci hanno voluto fregare perché non ci conoscono e anche qui è da vergognarsi o sono davvero prezzi assurdi in questo baretto! Vista la vostra non gentile risposta le dico che abbiamo speso 16 euro quindi o non sapete la matematica o come detto sopra ci avete voluto fregate visto che i prezzi che ci avete scritto fanno un totale di 11euro..quindi abbiamo ancora piu ragione! L'ombra... se non c'è non la possiamo inventare. E dalla risposta ricevuto anche la scortesia è un abitudine....
