Having visited several places in the region, including one that was supposed to be gourmet, we came to the conclusion that this restaurant in Alagna Valsesia beats them all. A beautiful experience. We had such a friendly and helpful waiter this evening. We were five adults and two children. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da questo locale, scoperto su consiglio di un' amica. È evidente che puntano sulla qualità piuttosto che sulla quantità, un approccio che abbiamo molto apprezzato.

Il personale è un vero punto di forza: sempre sorridente, estremamente garbato e, cosa non scontata, molto preparato. Hanno saputo consigliarci e rispondere a tutte le nostre domande con competenza e cortesia. La cantina dei vini è interessante,con una selezione curata che soddisfa anche i palati più esigenti. Il menu, pur non essendo vastissimo, offre una scelta di piatti ben studiata e raffinata. Ogni portata che abbiamo assaggiato era preparata con cura e attenzione ai dettagli. L'esperienza è stata talmente positiva che, dopo la prima visita, siamo tornati a cena praticamente a giorni alterni.

Questo dimostra quanto il locale ci abbia conquistato con la sua cucina eccellente e l'atmosfera accogliente.
