Bohan Sushi Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Alghero

We went for dinner last night 15/08/24 in this place, the restaurant wasn’t busy when we arrived at 19.40 Between 20 and 20.30 restaurant was full, Around 21.10 I give up and went to the restaurant chief and I explained to then we was in the restaurant since 19.40 and lots of people came after us was already order and we didn’t get any drinks or food so we was leaving the restaurant. The owner in two minutes provided us drinks and the food started arriving in few minutes, around 23.15 I want again to the restaurant boss and I asked for the bills and to cancel the order as lot of things wasn’t come in yet, he offered me to send us what was missing in the order, i just asked for the bill as we was so frustrated with this attitude and service of this restaurant. We was sitting in there for 4 hours and few things we order for the kids never come in. Is a complete waste of money and time Really disappointed. I don’t recommend this place ever At the end the owner ask me to pay for everything so I payed 130 euros for being there waiting for food with the kids. Don’t go to this...

The food is great and value for money. The reason for the 1 star is due to the service which is horrendous. My hubby and I went the day before and were waiting for 15 minutes to be served and walked out as no one was attending to us. I so wanted Sushi so yesterday we went at 7pm prior to the busy period at 8 -9 and as we were the only people at the restaurant we were served promptly but still had to state we wanted to order drinks. Once we finished and asked for the bill it took another 15 minutes to finally pay for the staff to bring over the card machine which I asked a couple of times. I would suggest not going at busy times as the service is awful but the food is tasty and it's nice to have a change from eating...

VERY UNFLEXIBLE!!! I explained that I’m a vegetarian so wouldn’t eat meat or fish, but still they said that it’s not possible that my boyfriend takes the all you can eat menu and I order à la carte.
