El Tro' — Restaurant in Alghero

I arrived at 9:45-10 pm without reservation, I told them I was starving, could they feed a hungry starving poor soul??? She smiled and welcomed me in. A cold beer non filtered ichnusa helped me waiting, but the the spaghetti al cartoccio were very well worth the wait. Well cooked, well assorted mussels, shrimps, crabs, vongole all together in a swan shaped aluminum foil. Perfectly cooked! A grilled bass came in second, fresh, tasty. People very friendly, they do look understaffed, but they are good at what they do. Pizza is very thin, but looks delicious. I am only talking about the food, but if you lift your eyes from your plate, you will see the gorgeous place where this restaurant stands. Pizza non buona e la frittura era dura e gommosa, ho preso un calice di vino e mi è stato portato già nel bicchiere da una signora che non ho nemmeno capito il suo ruolo visto che è uscita all improvviso senza una divisa e vestita in malo modo. siamo arrivati prima di una coppia di ragazzi i quali non sapevamo fossero amici della proprietari e ignorandoci si è diretta verso di loro e gli ha fatti accomodare il ragazzo cameriere molto gentile e professionale ci ha fatto accomodare... C erano altre persone che aspettavano di essere servite ma nonostante ciò l ordinazione della cena è stata subito presa alla coppia amica della proprietaria.. E poco dopo è arrivato anche il cibo mentre tutti gli altri hanno dovuto aspettare ancora... Non trovo corretto questo modo di comportartarsi.. Normalmente nn faccio recensioni negative mi limito a non farle se non mi trovo bene.. Ma questo posto mi ha delusa in tutti i sensi... Faccio Cmq i complimenti al ragazzo cameriere molto gentile e...
