This was our tastiest pizza in Sardinia!!! This time we got takeaway because we were tired and wanted to eat in our hotel room, but the place inside looked really nice too!!! We were helped nicely, and you could also watch in the kitchen where you could see the Italian pizza makers preparing the pizzas! They were all wearing the same outfits. Purtroppo non bene. Non voglio giudicare il prezzo delle pizze che dopotutto ognuno decide del prezzo che vuole fare ai clienti ma piuttosto voglio esprimere un giudizio che non è basato sul valore del denaro ma bensì sul valore che viene dato al cliente. Ho ordinato due pizze, sono andato a prenderle io , 1 bianca patate e salsa rosa e una margherita più Zola: La bianca patate e salsa rosa pagata 6.50 che nel menù non è presente ma è presente con nome di americana con la presenza del sugo al costo di 6 euro, quindi a me togliendo il sugo e aggiungendo la salsa rosa il prezzo non sarebbe dovuto cambiare e invece ho pagato in più la salsa rosa e anche il sugo che nn c era.. ora voglio dire, non è e nn sarà mai la questione dei 50 cent perché stiamo parlando di niente è una questione di principio e di questo me ne dispiace ancor di più di pagare una pizza qualsiasi somma. La qualità delle pizze è discutibile, non sotto la media ma neanche sopra, impasto molto asciutto con bordo alla romana ma una volta raffreddato risulta abbastanza disidratato e senza struttura, quindi abbastanza cingommoso.
