IF YOU’RE IN SARDINIA COME HERE!!! I took my family took this restuarent first night we were in Sardinia after spending a week in Rome, this restuarent and the husband and wife owner were phenomenal, they’re service way surpassed anything we had experienced in our trip. My sister has celiacs and they had Gluten free options for her and she absolutely loved the food. All the while they took her condition very seriously and did the utmost to prevent cross contamination Portions are massive, presentation is perfect. The Dourada fish (fresh catch of the day) was incredible and everyone at the table thought it was the best fish they have ever tried. When I come back to Sardinia again this is the first place I will come back to. If your on the fence come, you won’t regret it! We found this place because we lived nearby and we left a piece of our hearts there! The pizza is delicious, all the dishes are being prepared with love and passion for cooking. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We dined there nearly every day we spent in Alghero and weren't even thinking of changing it. This is the place to experience the best Sardinian cuisine ever! The 8 Formaggi and Buffala pizza were out of this world, and the seafood was delicious and fresh. All accompanied by homemade white wine to enjoy. Tiramisus and cheesecakes were amazing too. Tiramisu is made with decaf coffee, and there are gluten free options. Very reasonable prices. I had high hopes for this restaurant based on its ratings, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The dining area was unclean, and the unpleasant smell of old kitchen oil made it difficult to enjoy my meal. I could barely touch my plate due to the off-putting taste and smell.

When we went inside to pay, we noticed more unsanitary practices that were quite concerning. The kitchen staff appeared unkempt, which is not what you'd expect from those handling your food. We observed staff members moving between the kitchen and the pizza area, touching various surfaces—including bathroom door handles and cell phones—without washing their hands before handling food and cutlery.
