Forno a legna Delle Cappelle — Restaurant in Altamura

I was here for the bread workshop, were I could learn about the bakery and its products and was able to taste everything they produce. So therefore I can say: every product in this bakery is excellent. All of it is made with so much passion and it was wonderful to see someone excecute their daily work with such joy. 💛 The only thing I‘m sad about is the fact, that I live so far away from Altamura, that I can‘t visit this...

Ci sono stata molte volte e ogni volta ho assaggiato e acquistato prodotti buonissimi. Il pane è meraviglioso e le focacce calde appena sfornate mi lasciano ogni volta estasiata. Ho assaggiato anche le loro trecce con lo zucchero, tipiche di Altamura e sofficissime! I prezzi sono davvero competitivi e il panificio è situato in un area nè troppo in periferia, nè troppo centrale quindi con tanto parcheggio attorno, senza dover stare ad impazzire! Per non parlare del personale e del titolare, tutti cordiali e simpaticissimi!

I prodotti sono effettivamente eccellenti anche se, negli ultimi periodi, i prezzi sono aumentati un po' troppo. Una base pinsa 3 euro mi pare eccessivo... Insomma 2 basi pinsa, una confezione di dolcetti e un chilo di pane 14 euro è un prezzo che non avevo mai pagato in passato. Certo, tutto sommato ne vale la pena, però sarebbe un peccato se questi aumenti fossero frutto di una "speculazione turistica" che risulterebbe antipatica. Valuterò in futuro se è una "tendenza stagionale" oppure se è una scelta definitiva...
