Coco Loco Cafè-Ristorante — Restaurant in Alzachèna/Arzachena

It’s not often I find myself struggling to empty a plate, but today it happened. Having already enjoyed a number of good Italian restaurants in and around Cannigione, we were up to a change. Having walked past the restaurant a number of times and seen the relaxed atmosphere, we decided to go there. And boy were we in for a treat. The personel was friendly and forthcoming directing us to a nice table The menus followed promptly. We were given ample time to peruse the menu and decide on the drinks and food. Just a clance towards our server was enough to have her taking the order. The drinks were served quickly and then we simply sat back and enjoyed the view of the harbour and the other guests ranging in age from 9 to 99. And than our good was served, having both decided on a burger’full dish’, and let me tell you they weren’t stingy! A massive burger with a plentiful side dish was put before us. Tasty, well prepared and a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. And as stated, it took some work to clean the plate, but it felt criminal not to finish something that was obviously prepared with a lot of care and attention.

Even the music was a joy ranging the full spectrum from Black Eyed Peas to ZZ Top.

We weren't expecting much of anything in Cannigione for a variety of American dishes among other international and local plates, but, wow. Before I go off on a Shakespearean soliloquy on how their Spider Pork (pulled pork) sandwich was perfect, let me say that if you're missing crispy bacon, onion rings, or real barbecue sauce as a homesick American, Coco Loco delivers all that and so much more.

We were greeted by friendly staff and even upgraded to a larger table for space and a view of the harbor, and the food definitely did not disappoint. We ordered Fish & Chips with the Spider Pork and both were on-point. We'll definitely be back for other dishes because being this impressed for lunch has made us into devout customers. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would 🥰

Il Coco Loco è un posto unico e speciale, che offre una combinazione perfetta di buon cibo, drink deliziosi e un'atmosfera rilassata e divertente. La posizione è incantevole, con una vista spettacolare sul porto e un'ampia terrazza dove poter godere del sole e del vento. Il menu è variegato e offre una buona selezione di piatti di pesce fresco, insalate, panini e piatti internazionali. Abbiamo ordinato un ottimo ed abbondante hamburger con pesce, pomodori, insalata e patatine fritte e una porzione di melanzane fritte, entrambi assolutamente deliziosi! I sapori erano intensi e autentici, e le porzioni erano generose. Ma ciò che ha realmente reso la nostra esperienza indimenticabile è stata l'atmosfera del posto. Il Coco Loco è un luogo dove poter rilassarsi e divertirsi, con musica dal vivo, eventi e feste durante l'estate. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, e il servizio è sempre veloce e efficiente. Se doveste venire a Cannigione, il Bar Ristorante Coco Loco è un posto assolutamente da non perdere per chi cerca una buona cucina, un'atmosfera rilassata e divertente e una bella vista sul mare.
