Le Maree Apartments — Hotel in Alzachèna/Arzachena

The apartment has great potential and an amazing view, however we found that the general maintenance of the apartment lacks attention. At arrival we noticed broken car window glass on the parking area, just having experienced a car break-in ourselves this was not a pleasant sight. Second we had to make our own beds discovering not having a duvet cover… which was solved the next day but still, if you make up the beds for your guests this would not happen. Also the matress cover was not cleaned probably. The Curtain string was missing from the blind in the living room, you have to roll it up by wobbling on a chair. Broken light in the shower which made showering a bit of a dark experience. But most of all, not supplying hand soap in both soap dispensers in the bathrooms in a time of covid we really can not understand at all, lacking such basics is just odd. The place was alright, but we had a few points that were a bit annoying/problematic.

The internet connection was very poor, we had to make the beds ourselves, there was no toilet paper in the apartment at all and check in was unclear. We did not receive any communication about the check-in process, luckily it turned out ok when we called the host directly.

Something that we didn’t expect was that the main room and bedroom were not completely separate. The wall was open at the top which meant that the rooms were not private.

Nice apartments with a good location. Walking distance to both the sea and restaurants and grocery store around the corner. Convenient with its own parking space. They have all the equipment you need to cook good food for the whole family. The view...
