Sushi Fo — Restaurant in Ancona

I was there with my friends a couple days ago, on 19.3, and the service was disgusting. We called them and booked a table but when we arrived they ignored that, although we showed them the call and the time. They say it is just with 10 euros but they brought the food too late and they manipulated us with the time by that to avoid bringing the amount of food that we ordered. When we asked what about the food it's almost 33 minutes passed the waitress answered with ugly face and loud voice. In the end after they manipulated us in every time we ordered food, we left and the total waiting time was almost one hour and a half... So they knew how to deceive us, we paid 40 euro for nothing. I don't recommend to go...

The food was really good. The service was excellent. Upon entering we greet “Ciao /hello” and the staffs accommodate us nicely. We ate almost all of the food we ordered, but left some pieces unfinished. The reason is that we ordered too much and we’re full already. While making the payment at the cashier, the attendant came to us with a soft-tone voice and polite and stated that we should not leave it halfway or we can take it home and pay the supplements which we understand since its written on the Menu’. the food was good ,I enjoyed a few dishes a lot . The Sushi it's okish . The costumer service was there ,all lovely ,but not enough employees to serve people. The worst thing was we were sitting outside and a big massive rat was running around the tables . It was disgusting .and it kept doing it for the all time . I might get the outside space or whatever but when it comes about food having rats around not good at all . So I ll have to give one star for...
