Donegal Irish Pub — Restaurant in Ancona

It is so comfortable and relaxing here. The good is also phenomenal!!!!! It doesn’t matter if you’re ordering a burger or a pizza, you can’t find anything like it here. I would recommend it to everyone.

Also, the service is top notch. My Italian is very bad if non-existant. The senior staff member here, bartender, Roberto made it so easy for me by speaking Spanish which is a third language for me. He has been very friendly and an expert at his job. Julia, how is also working with him is also wonderful and is non stop helping everyone around with seasoned skills. I will tell everyone how ever spends a night in Ancona to make sure they stop here...

Never ate and drank in such a bad Irish pub. The IPA was good, Radler not… The bartenders just talked to other guests and had no time to look after the other ones. One of them was very busy to check her make up and find something (food?) between her teeth with her nails. The fries were very salty and the burgers were not delicious. The vegetarian one wasn‘t a burger, just bread, vegetarian stuff and salad…. Really most of the bars do better to please vegetarians! It‘s definitely not an Irish pub (when they can’t talk English) rather an Italian pub with an Irish logo… so bad...

Cosy pub with a broad selection of food and drink. Looks small from outside but I think there was more seating in the basement. The food was very nice (we got hotdogs).

The downside was that the staff didn't speak any English (normally wouldn't expect it, but it is an Irish pub!) and so the lady behind the bar didn't understand me when I asked if they sold cider. But they sold a good selection of beers, wines...
