Had a walk along Lake Garda. Saw this place with some seats outside so sat down. There were no waiters present nor signs explaining the different parts of the cafe, which was fine, so my wife went to the counter and ordered some drinks. Five minutes later, while she was waiting in the queue, the waitress came over and asked what I wanted. I explained that my wife was waiting for drinks. She rudely and abruptly told me that the seats were for table service only, snatched the menus off of us and told us that we needed to leave. I explained that we had no idea, there were no waiters or signs to tell us what to do when we arrived but she wouldn't listen. We had the intention of staying for lunch after a few drinks but decided to go somewhere else. I understand that we made a mistake but that was not our fault and if the waitress had explained politely and said something like, 'this time you can sit here but next time please use table service' then this would have been understandable. It seems like she was more interested in her own tips then the happiness of customers....

Worst Experience Ever - No Italian Hospitality

Coming from Colorado, we would’ve expected a little more hospitality. We came here midday hoping to just order a couple of spritzes before our boat ride, but when they finally arrived about 30 minutes into sitting down, our waiter unfortunately spilled a whole tray of drinks and crisps all over our table, including me and our bags. Apologies were given but after we asked what they would do to somewhat reimburse us for what had just happened. To our very big surprise he then asked us what we would lime to take away and still have is pay for all of it. This wasn’t right in our minds at all so we then asked to see the manager and all he had to say was “This happens all the time, sorry.” Not an ounce of respect that we just got drinks spilled all over us. Place is busy as all get out and drinks that were given to us at the end for free after a little scuffle weren’t all that great, either. Don’t come to this place looking for great service because you’re not going to...

Nothing special to mention except that our waiter was very rude! Didn't talk at all, just said "card?" (meaning the menu) when we sat down and hasn't said anything else at all. He literally threw the ice cream and Cappuccino on the table with a loud bang while looking the other way and hoping the large ice cream glass wouldn't fall over. He also literally threw the bill on the table and walked away. Definitely a huge NO NO ! On the other hand, while walking inside to ask for some more milk for my Cappuccino I was received by 5 very friendly and smiling men waiters/bar staff, including...

My family loves coming here for ice cream or a cocktail. They have a lot of options and it's all really good. I recommend trying the Spritz Elle-Elle. It's non-alcoholic. It's a bit on the sweet side, though, so maybe not for everyone. The passion fruit mojito is also a great option, but this one does have alcohol and can be a bit strong sometimes. They have a lovely atmosphere here, and there's a chance you'll be visited by ducks or sparrows while enjoying your time here. They always give you a small array of snacks with your drinks as well.

Listen up. This is where you go to get an ice dessert. They are great. I mean it, really great. Dessert glasses as big as a bathtub filled to the brim with good ingredients. They've got your classics covered. Banana split etc. But they also have more advanced stuff. Say, an After Eight dessert that actually tastes like After Eight. Or stuff with baked ingredients or fruit I don't know how to pronounce, or what is. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? Also yes.
