Abrupt welcome by waitress/ welcomer who made sure we knew she didn’t speak English (I was happy ordering in Italian). Table waitress friendly and smiled at my Italian. Wine nice, pizza lovely. Crème brûlée burnt. Went down hill after 15 minutes after dessert was finished not being able to get the attention of staff - didn’t bother ordering coffee. Finally asked another waitress who appeared for the bill in Italian and she replied in English if paying by card go to hotel reception. We were charged table change - us and two other didn’t receive bread but some did. Worst experience all week . Have had fantastic service everywhere else and tipped well for said...

Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante grazie alla gentilezza e al buon servizio della dipendente che era all'ingresso e che ci ha invitato a entrare. Il servizio dei camerieri è stato eccellente. Tutto è arrivato rapidamente e come ordinato. Purtroppo non posso dare più di 3 stelle perché non ci è piaciuto l'impasto della pizza. Era gommoso e acquoso. A mio avviso l'acqua non deve formarsi sul fondo del piatto e l'impasto deve apparire e sentirsi lievitato e asciutto. Consiglio di controllare questo dettaglio con lo chef perché il gusto degli ingredienti era eccellente ma l'impasto era terribile. Spero che possiate migliorare questo aspetto. Comimos en este restaurante gracias a la amabilidad y buen servicio de la empleada que estaba en la entrada y que nos invito a entrar. El servicio de los camareros fue excelente. Todo llego rápido y según lo ordenado. Lamentablemente no puedo dar mas de 3 estrellas debido a que no nos gusto la masa de la pizza. Estaba gomosa y aguada. En mi opinión no se debe de formar agua en el fondo del plato y la masa debe verse y sentirse levantada y seca. Recomiendo revisar este detalle con el chef ya que el sabor de los ingredientes era excelente pero la masa terrible. Espero que puedan mejorar este aspecto. We ate in this restaurant thanks to the kindness and good service of the employee who was at the entrance and who invited us in. The service of the waiters was excellent. Everything arrived quickly and as ordered. Unfortunately I can not give more than 3 stars because we did not like the pizza dough. It was gummy and watery. In my opinion water should not form at the bottom of the dish and the dough should look and feel lifted and dry. The food was good, but unfortunately the service was very poor. There was no communication between the kitchen and the waitstaff. We were supposed to share a carpaccio as a starter, but instead the main courses arrived first. The wine, which we ordered early, didn’t arrive at the table until after three reminders – by then, we had already finished eating.
