Ristorante Bardolino — Restaurant in Bardolino

Absolutely distasteful food. We were told the food here was good, but that was a lie as we unfortunately found out.

We went here for dinner for our first night in Bordolino. The pizzas were terrible. Cheap Shrimp and mushrooms were dumped out of a can straight onto the pizza. Cold, soggy/raw and with the Juices from the can. It was actually shocking to see how little effort went into making the pizza. The cook really showed that he didn't care. The steak on the menu said to be a beef fillet but delivered was a T-bone steak. That is something completely different? Besides that it was also not cooked like we asked and was chewy. My Gnocchi weren't bad, but there wasn't much of them. There was more tomatoes than anything else. Although not good it was still the best dish on the table. That is sad. Our female waitress was very kind and accommodating. The male waitress on the other hand was rude and arrogant. His attitude was very wrong, he acted like he was superior to us. Very appalling. On top of that the Coperto was about 9,20€. We wasted a lot of money and would not return to this restaurant.

We didstayed at the hotel and booked breakfast inclusive, that was a mistake too. We did not enjoy it. Variety was not good, all breakfast meats were pork only. I would have been nice to have one beef or chicken option instead of 4 different types of pork ham. Eggs were drenched in olive oil and cold, just like the Bacon and Sausages. The Juices were watered down so much it was barely juice. Only thing my partner and I liked was the hot chocolate with added milk, that was delicious. Next time we will not book breakfast, that was a waste of...

So far we’ve been to many different restaurants around lake Garda with my lovely girlfriend. I can honestly say that our experience in Ristorante Bardolino was the best one. Starting with outstanding customer service and finishing with top tier pizzas and pastas. We loved it so much that we came here few times during our stay. Big thank you to Marin and one more great gentleman whom I didn’t have opportunity to ask about the name (Hugo drink will be remembered🤌🏻). You guys made our experience so welcoming and joyful! Meine Tochter hat ihren Geburtstag dort gefeiert. Meine Freundin und ich hatten mal wieder Riesen Appetit auf ein Wiener Schnitzel mit Pommes. Das Schnitzel war eine Frechheit, dass war kein Fleisch sondern ein Fertigprodukt - absolut grauenhaft! Wir haben es beide nicht gegessen und stehen gelassen. Das Rinderfilet war zäh, das „ fritto misto“ war tiefgefroren, nicht frisch! Wir waren so enttäuscht und es tat uns unendlich leid für unsere Tochter, die uns alle (11) Personen eingeladen hatte! Riesenenttäuschung!!! Wir sind aus LAZISE und aber dieses Restaurant kann nicht nur so gesalzene Preise haben wegen des Seeblicks, sondern bin erster Linie Qualität!!! La nostra figlia ci ha invitato li al ristorante per il suo compleanno. La mamma del suo ragazzo ed io avevamo una strano voglia di cotoletta milanese con patatine. La cotoletta era una truffa, non era carne, nemmeno almeno pollo! Ero fatto tipo “ Aia” assolutamente immangiabile. Lo abbiamo assaggiato ma lasciato li perché era orrendo! Il filetto di manzo era duro… il fritto misto era surgelato, non era pesce fresco! Eravamo così delusi e la nostra figlia ci faceva tanta pena perché lei ha invitato tutti (11) per la sua cena. Una delusione totale!! Siamo da LAZISE però questo ristorante non può spiegare i prezzi solo perché con la vista lago, serve anzitutto...
