Lovely service, food was nice and it was all an enjoyable experience shared with a good friend and my little monkey. We had plum wine as an aperitivo, Sapporo beer, and a variety of sushi and side dishes. The outside area is "on the street", next to a great little romanic church. We'll go again for sure 😀
Ps: I went back after 4 months, after they renovated the place and the menu. This time they didn't have my fav plum wine, no longer available. Tempuras and prawn crackers and any other fried dishes were way too oily, we couldn't eat the crackers and I had to peel off the tempura from the shrimps to eat those. The usual salmon tartare with sauce has changed to a bigger version but I don't find that an improvement, sometimes more means sacrificing quality of flavors. The salmon bits were cut way bigger. My daughter last time we went wiped off 4 dishes, this time she had one and didn't like any of the others. And we ordered the same things as previous time. The service was also quite slow, I had to ask for a fork few times and I got one for her halfway through the meal. Overall good. Ps: I honestly don't remember wether the cover charge has been increased, for me and my daughter came to a total of about 32€....8€ cover...
Read moreNice casual yet modern restaurant. Great for families lots of space. My favourite was the vegetable udon noodles and the fried crispy tofu. Sake was also good, it was the hot kind. Sushi really good especially the Avocado and Philadelphia!! Very good value for money and good portions. Order via the iPad, food comes out quick!!! Seems to be a popular restaurant, no need to book unless you're a larger group of 12+. Nasar was absolutely lovely, his friendly customer service was very refreshing and he was very attentive towards us. We've visited again and enjoyed it all again a few days later :) lots of vegetarian options available on the menu, highly...
Read moreLike I have read and elsewhere I'm bored by the food and total lack of variety in this and other town's. I used to enjoy pasta and pizza but I'm not sure if I'll ever eat it again, and this is just after four days. So, I took have a trip to a Japanese restaurant for the very first time. The food and the service was good, no complaints at all. What I found to be incredibly bizarre was the complete random order our food came, nothing like on the sheet that we'd wrote out. This was highly confusing but maybe that's the way it is? Give it a go, man cannot live by...
