Really unwelcoming with rude staff. We were a walk in. Asked the waiter for a table for 2 and he looked so annoyed we were there. He didn't even make eye contact, just pointed to a table. The other waiter gave us menus and a slip to write down our own order. When the food came out, neither of us were asked who had ordered each dish, it was just placed on the table and the waiter walked off. We were never asked if everything was OK for us / if we wanted more drinks etc.

Part of my friends order was forgotten... Brought out when we asked for it but it was obviously just sitting in the kitchen getting cold. A greasy, half cooked, luke warm goyoza came out, that we wished we had left in the kitchen. Yuck!

Overall the food was just OK. Definitely not amazing by any stretch of the imagination. Tasteless yaki soba dish. Definitely...

Personale gentile ed in grado di venire incontro alle esigenze della clientela (è stata portata posateria in acciaio ad una commensale in difficoltà con le bacchette), pietanze gradevoli nella presentazione e delicate nel gusto, menù abbastanza vario e freschezza garantita (con indicazione di quanto disponibile solo a cena), ambiente rilassato ma garbato. Porzioni giuste (i primi sono abbondanti ed è da tenere da conto per le ordinazioni successive). Buon AYCE. Una pecca: si ordina tramite menù visionabile con QR code e numeretti su post it.

AGGIORNAMENTO: 25/08/2024 Ritornata, trovo il locale ristrutturato e MIGLIORATO TANTISSIMO. Personale gentilissimo, attento a disabilità, bimbi e varie necessità (una posata sporca? Immediatamente sostituita. Spiegazioni? Elargite subito). A disposizione dei clienti a posto tavola delle due opzioni di ed in grado di posateria, pietanze raffinate e di qualità, dimensioni e quantità contenute in ambiente luminoso e climatizzato. Went there second time, first tome was group of 4 and we had a lot of drinks so the waitress were realy intereseted in serving us, but second time its was just 2 of us and we only had couole of cokes so i think that is the reason why they were ifnoejng our table.
