Slow service and then very overcooked and frankly pretty tasteless food. Pasta to start was over cooked so pasta had congealed and was served lukewarm after an hour wait. One measly small prawn in the squid ink pasta was pretty pathetic too. The grilled fish for the main was all over cooked. Squid was like rubber, the prawn was so dry, salmon and tuna also overcooked. We also had tuna on its own which was equally as poor as was also overdone. We were extremely disappointed and staff were undeterred about our experience. After asking 3 times we eventually got the bill and we were glad to get out of there. From the moment you walk in, you feel like part of the family here. The owner and his staff are extremely welcoming and keen to ensure you have a wonderful dining experience!
We had the octopus, caprese salad and salmon to share as starters and all of them were amazing!
For main, we had the famous Puglian spaghetti all’assasina (even better… with gluten free pasta)! As a symptomatic coeliac I felt very safe eating here and all of the staff were very knowledgeable about cross contamination!

Because we came a little early in the day the kitchen did not open officially for one more hour, but they were so kind to fulfill our wish and prepare a pan for us anyways! And we have to say, it was quite tasty!
