It consisted mainly of onions and lacked a variety of vegetables. The North Indian masala used in the noodles did not complement the dish well. Jeera Rice: We ordered two portions of basmati jeera rice. One portion was well-cooked and aromatic, while the other was spoiled, likely due to improper temperature control. Despite informing the staff, the response was inadequate. Unfortunately I have to pay for that as well. Very nice 👌

Not sure if we came at a bad time but wow. We ordered the onion bhajis and received 5 small onion rings. Didnt even look like any of the photos that other people posted here. We also ordered the eggplant pakoras and received 4 small slices of eggplant deep fried. We actually thought they were something the restaurant provided free of charge but when nothing else came we realized that was what we ordered. They came with a trio of sauces but we were charged $3 for it even though we didnt order it. Next came the chili chicken, all by itself, we had nothing else come out for about 15 minutes so we ate it before it got cold. After waiting some time, the palak paneer came out with the two orders of naan bread. The paneer was ok, lacked salt, and the naan bread was hard and crispy, the only thing that helped was adding some 0f the sauces provided for the bhajis, if you’d even call them that. Then came the kebabs, supposedly 4 but we only received two, cut in half. Nothing like their photos. After we finished that some more time passed and were notified that it would be an additional 3 minutes before our haliyali chicken would be ready, over an 1 ½ hours after we ordered. It came out all by itself, 4 of the smallest pieces of over salted chicken. Everything came out staggered, i was expecting to enjoy most of the dishes together but that didnt happen. We went on the recommendation of a friend and had a very nice lunch. I don’t think there are many other restaurants serving Indian cuisine in Puglia. The garlic naan was really good and so was the basmati rice. We ordered samosas, vindaloo and dal which were all delicious. The service was excellent, especially our server, Elena, who was very helpful. She is really the main reason we intend to return because she knows the menu so well and answered all our questions about the food. I mentioned to Singh, who is the owner that we were surprised that the vindaloo was not very spicy and he explained that the local clientele is not accustomed to the authentic level of Indian spiciness and hot chili and they tone it down for that reason. Next time we know to request more hot chili to be added. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we intend to try the tandoori and many other menu items.
