Attention you can eat grilled black flies!!!
First of all, I can state that the waitress who took care of us did her best to make up for the situation.
First of all, the portion of pasta we ordered was 1/3 of what it should have been. When we conveyed the situation to the owner of the place, we received the answer that the portion was as it should be. Come on, we are not blind and we can see the plates on the other tables. The other tables that ordered the same dish had 3 times more pasta than my wife's plate. When we were about to leave, the waitress wanted to correct the situation and sent another plate of pasta, but since it was not corrected in time, my wife had to eat bread :))
Secondly, the grilled seafood we ordered had grilled black flies. Two of us shared the grilled seafood and I had already eaten my share, while my friend had already shelled the seafood and was about to eat it when she saw the grilled black fly. When we told the waiter about the situation, at first he obviously didn't want to see the huge fly cooked on the grill on the plate :)) However, the explanation given to the situation, which he could not deny, was "we are outside".
After paying the bill, the waitress insisted on offering us a single shot drink, but we were charged full price for the food, which had bugs in it and some of which my friend couldn't eat.
As a result, on a night of mishaps, while the waitress did her best to make up for the situation, the owner of the place behaved in a money-eye manner. ——————————————————————- I found it necessary to write the following in response to the business's response.
1- When a business slanders its customers in such a way, it gives everyone an idea of what kind of person the owner of the business is. I have attached a screenshot of the credit card to show that it was a lie. Isn't it obvious that a single pasta dish does not cost 86 euros? We ordered 2 different pastas, barbecued seafood fries and octopus that night. What more do we need to order? We didn't ask you not to pay that night. When I wanted to pay the bill and leave immediately because I was angry, you were the one who insisted on making me drink something.
2- How can there be flies on the seafood grill of someone who only orders pasta? Come on :) You can make up more clever things to lie about.
PS: A sincere apology for the unpleasant events would have been the right...

Ci risponde :
Riviene dopo 5 minuti e ci annuncia:
DISHONEST AND SHAMEFUL
We sat down and one of the waitresses offered us the fish of the day, SARAGO, €70 per kilo.
We asked for a little less than a kilo as there were only two of us. He answers us:
He comes back after 5 minutes and announces:
The problem is that not only did we ask for less but what's more he doesn't show us a SARAGO but a SCORFANO, I notice and point it out. She was STUNNED, as if she hadn't expected my reaction. He returns to the kitchen and comes back with the SARAGO, obviously still weighing one kilo, saying
We kindly ask if it was possible to do it on the grill and of course she:
When we serve it I realize that it is not grilled but baked. Once again I point it out and she:
Out of politeness I didn't send her to ……….
I find this behavior completely DISHONEST and SHAMEFUL. And I can't tell you how many SCORFANO I've seen sold instead of SARAGO to customers who perhaps didn't know the difference.
Furthermore, given that we were sitting on plastic chairs and tables, the prices seemed a bit excessive to...
Read moreYesterday, we had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. We wanted to order grilled fish and asked for recommendations. The server suggested a fish to share and just a bruschetta as an appetizer, saying the main dish would be way too big. Since we are Central Europeans and don't need large portions, we agreed.
To our surprise, we received two classic bruschettas and the fish. Considering that other fish dishes on the menu were around 20 euros, we were genuinely shocked when the bill came and the fish (served with a few potatoes, tomatoes, and a lot of bones, despite the waiter deboning it in front of us) was priced at 60 euros.
Adding to our disappointment, after deboning the dish, the waiter automatically took away the whole plate with the rest of the vegetables and some meat that could still have been eaten.
It was our fault for not double-checking the price beforehand, but when we asked for clarification, they brought out a separate flyer from the back of the restaurant showing the 60 euro price—something we had never seen before.
Additionally, we had four Aperol spritzers at 7 euros each and two desserts, bringing our total to 120 euros. We were absolutely stunned by the cost and felt completely ripped...
