Pizza In Forno — Restaurant in Bari

I would recommend this place to anyone! We were lucky enough to be able to grab a table for 2 inside on a Saturday evening around 8:30pm without a reservation. Place was packed already with locals both dining in and taking away. The staff were swift in getting us a table/providing a solution since there initially wasn't any table available.

Had a beer each for drinks, was initially offered a basket of bread and what seemed like creme fresh. They were both top tier in taste. We had a starter each from "Terrine" which you get 2 for €5, there were 5 options and we picked number 3 and 4. The mushrooms were absolutely divine. Then had a pizza each which were massive btw, finally a tiramisu to share for a dessert. The food was spot on in every single aspect. Was even offered a free digestif shot each after asking for a bill.

With all these food - nibbles, starters, mains, dessert and a beer each for 2, only came up to about €40 total!! Well worth the money!!!! It was almost too good to be true!

If I had to be really really nit picky I guess the wait time between each service e.g time the order was taken after we sat, clearing the table after we ate our mains and taking dessert order, time for the bill to be dropped after asking for it, was a little slow but honestly it was WELL worth the wait for the quality of food, energetic service when it came around and the price, and it was super busy as well.

This restaurant is my favourite pizza shop in Bari. Although rather new, it’s non negotiable for me to go eat here as often as possible. The flavours and quality of food is outstanding. Every time I have been to Bari I MUST visit this shop at least once. The price, quality, and service are unbeatable and I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. They are extremely accommodating and the owners and staff are just awesome!!

From the entree, to pizza (of course) and even dessert, this awesome little restaurant just has it all. I’m normally a rather fussy eater, I don’t often like changing my type of food or trying new things but I have never ever left this shop unhappy or not full and satisfied.

Do yourself a favour, next time you’re in Bari.. GO EAT AT PIZZA IN FORNO!! I promise you will not be...

That was the most incredible pizza I've ever had (and really I have it a lot in different places in Italy and other countries) !!!! The dough was so crispy and tasty! The ingredients were so good in quality and the composition of the flavours was amazing. I would love to have such fantastic place in Poland. Also they are beautiful and colorful (just see my pictures)!!! There is a baby chair available inside. Additionally staff is extremely friendly and speaks English.
