Millegusti | Ramen a mano — Restaurant in Bari

We had a good evening out, the ramen noodles where good (not the best) the condiments with the ramen was lacking in flavour or anything good. The mushrooms tasted of nothing, I had three pieces of bamboo, but I would have enjoyed more veggies. We had gyoza grilled and steam which was ok, we've eaten better. And the grilled wasn't grilled for very long. We also had Mantou was the best part of the whole meal on my opinion. As the texture and flavours where great. But I suppose it's expected to get better quality Chinese food at a Chinese Restaurant.

The flavour of the broth was nice and flavourful, just let down by the condiments.

We had some other noodles too which where very oily and not enjoyable.

I would come again with friends as it's not terrible, and not far for us to walk to. And the service was good. But I might look for a more authentic good...

Great little find

For a bit of variety - this asian eatery has Thai & Chinese influences. Noodles are hand made & the chef twirls them on the spot when they are ordered. Overall - authentic fare & some of the Thai influenced dishes (Thau fried rice & curries) have the expected spice flavour profile. Overall an enjoyable meal @ very reasonable prices. Service is friendly & restaurant ambience is simple but clean. Worth a visit when you’re ready for a change of cuisine besides the standard...

ubicato in zona urbana quasi centrale ma comunque importante, peraltro poco distante dalla stazione ferroviaria, nelle immediate vicinanze insiste anche la biglietteria autolinee FSE nonché un comodo parcheggio Amtab, il locale si trova in angolo molto arioso e dispone di tavoli sia esterni che interni. Dato il caldo abbiamo preferito un tavolo interno dove si poteva godere la più gradevole presenza di aria condizionata a giusta temperatura. Il locale, sebbene non molto grande, è accogliente, ben illuminato e arredato, nonostante lo spazio tra i tavoli sia appena sufficiente al passaggio in fila indiana, ma risulta complessivamente ben gestito. È stata la mia seconda visita e le aspettative non sono state deluse, anzi abbiamo goduto di un minore affollamento pur avendo prenotato telefonicamente circa un'ora prima del nostro arrivo. Il livello di pulizia generale è sicuramente apprezzabile. Servizio celere, cordiale e simpatico, cibo di qualità soprattutto per il tipico piatto "Ramen" offerto in alcune varianti. In ogni caso a me piacciono molto anche gli spaghetti di riso con verdure saltate e le verdure saltate come secondo, sempre croccanti e gustose. I prezzi sono generalmente medi ma anche relativi alla pietanza prescelta. Per una cena con antipasti, primo e secondo (con una birra cinese ed una bottiglia d'acqua) di quattro adulti la mia spesa pro capite è stata di poco inferiore a 20 €. Consigliato e da provare, per chi apprezza la cucina asiatica o vuole assaggiare...
