Zio Festim — Restaurant in Bari

We ordered pizzas for delivery, and waited one hour. Then I saw in my email that the delivery was allready here, so I called to check what’s going on. The man told me he reached out and called 5 times, which is not true at all. Then he said different things and in the end he couldn’t deliver anymore at all to us. Such a shittie service and also bad communication, because we waited the whole time.. Wouldn’t recommend to order here,...

Premetto che mi servo da Zio Festim da anni, ma da stasera hanno perso un cliente che a volte ordina per 10. Ho ospiti e decidiamo di chiamare la pizzeria. Chiamo alle 20,00 per ordinare 5 pizze... mi viene detto che avrei dovuto pazientare un'oretta. Bene penso attenderò fino alle 21.00 Ovviamente le pizze non arrivano e dopo le 21.05 comincio a chiamarli.... Il telefono è staccato!!! Nel frattempo gli ospiti (sono le 21,40)vanno via . Riesco a recuperare da Facebook il loro numero di cellulare e quindi li contatto tramite WhatsApp... Li riprendo un po'... perché mi era stato detto di pazientare un'ora ma ne erano passate quasi due.... Dopodiché faccio presente che i miei ospiti erano andati via e quindi non avevo più bisogno delle pizze. Magicamente la signora mi risponde dicendo che in 10 minuti sarebbero arrivate le pizze.... Mi dispiace ormai gli ospiti non ci sono più e la serata me...
