I recently dined at Ristorante Ottone and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional food and service. The quality and price of the food were unbeatable; from the succulent Tuna to the exquisite Pluma di Patanegra, every dish exceeded expectations. We also enjoyed a delectable homemade pasta, which was truly extraordinary. What added to the charm of the place was the attentive service provided by the staff, many of whom are university students, carrying on the restaurant's fifth-generation tradition since 1870 together with the young lady owner. We complained about the temperature so they installed a vintage fan that was ineffective due to the fact that it was aimed too high. The food was OK but the manzo was a bit tough and served up with a couple of slices of bimbo bread. We observed other people placed in the same section of the restaurant and when they complained they were informed that there was air conditioning in the rest of the restaurant and they were moved. The stuff is fast, very polite and professional and all of them speak english well. The food was amasing, everything we tried I can give 5 stars. Just perfect detailed flavours and good portions. You need to try green gnocchi alle erbe!
