Absolutely a no no place for me , on my first day to belluno I went there for dinner on recommendation and they said there were no tables available and we had no reservations so it was ok but then a day later we made reservations for 4 people but when we arrived we were first told we had no reservation, when we insisted that we had made reservations the gentleman there with attitude reluctantly saw and told us we had reservation only for two when clearly we had asked for 4 people and he had this attitude like I don’t care, which was not at all cool. Lovely restaurant with great food, however they messed up our order and served us cod rather than venison, then insisted that it was venison we were eating, despite us holding up a tiny fish bone to show them that it was fish. To try and tell us a white fish with fish bones in it was actually a red meat venison was a bit insulting, but when they insist three times over that the white fish in front of us is in fact a red meat what are we to do? Delicious food, good portions, nicely presented. My only complaint is that my daughter's plate (tagliatelle al ragù di anatra) arrived and there was a hair in it. We understand that this can happen but we did not appreciate that the server came back to our table, with the hair in her hand, and told our daughter that this hair was not theirs since it was blond (and they don't have blond hair)!
