After a bad evening, in the restaurants of the city center, I discovered this restaurant .... good review .... I say: why not try it. So after a 40-minute walk from the city center, we discover this chic restaurant. A warm welcome. I look around ... no free table. A jolly world, jolly sounds, and jolly cutlery. Shortly we are headed to our table. From this moment on begins the culinary adventure. I'm not going to start describing ... but the off-season appetizer on the side of the house, a kind of potato mashed, made me realize I made the best choice. Pessimo! Sotto tutti i punti di vista! Qualità del cibo, cucina, servizio, attesa,personale scortese e disorganizzato a partire dal proprietario!io lavoro vicino a questo ristorante e mi e’ capitato diverse volte di non trovarmi molto bene, una volta e’ arrivato del pollo completamente crudo, pasta scotta, verdure del buffet stracotte, il menu non ha mai una scelta leggera, tutte cose pesanti fritte o piene di burro,ecc.. tornavo solo perché era veramente comodo per la vicinanza al lavoro!ma oggi e’ stato proprio imbarazzante! Ho ordinato una bistecca ai ferri che puzzava ed era di un colore marrone scuro!c’era un ragazzo a fianco a me che ne stava mangiando una ed era bella,un po’ al sangue, quindi ho dedotto che il problema fosse solo la mia. Quindi ho chiamato la cameriera facendo presente il problema e lei subito mi dice “non e’ possibile!!” al che io insisto perché lei ne annusi un pezzo e la sua espressione di disgusto mi ha dato ragione. Quella bistecca puzzava davvero! E può anche capitare per carità..(anche se non dovrebbe) ma la cosa imbarazzante e’ quello che e’ successo dopo! Vado in cassa per pagare comunque il mio conto e faccio presente la cosa al titolare, il quale con mia enorme sorpresa mi aggredisce dicendomi che non e’ possibile! Gli chiedo di farsi portare la carne e annusarla, e lui non ne vuole sapere! “L’hanno mangiata tutti tranne te!” “Facciamo così,Vattene senza pagare il conto” Mi hanno fatta sentire una ladra che si lamentava per non pagare il conto! Ma scherziamo?? Mi sono alzata senza aver mangiato nulla!avevo ordinato solo quella bistecca..che senso avrebbe?! Ho anche insistito per pagare. Sono rimasta mortificata! Definitivamente l’ultima volta che metto piede in questo ristorante!Per la mia esperienza sconsiglio a chiunque...

BE AWARE that most of the poor reviews are OLD. If you have a bad experience here you must be VERY unlucky.

An absolutely fascinating place. Full of Italians, some tourists, some local, which is always a good sign. Small groups and some larger celebrations. Bustling and busy so don't expect an intimate evening's dining. It is what it is and does it well.
