The first time that we went there, there was some confusion that turned out to be pretty stressful. We tried to order in basic Italian, yet they didn't understand us so they asked the help from a girl who spoke English. Once we again placed our order (2 scoops/flavors per cone, total 2 cones) there was a whole discussion going on as she didn't understand our order. Then she mentioned that she only needs the information regarding the cones, and not the flavors. Maybe this was a cultural clash, but this type of system could still have been explained a bit more elaborate in the beginning before we started ordering as it could have saved quite some stress about just ordering some ice cream. OMG, what is wrong with that blonde girl? Aside from her being antipatica, there is an extremely gentile young guy who always makes us feel welcome, which makes their medioce gelato so much better. The shop is always busy and most of the staff seems tired, overworked, underpaid and unhappy. The gelato is good, the prices are ok. The service is fast, but the place is always super busy with queue out the door) We only go there is all the better places around the Bergamo area are closed (Creme Glacée, Capriccio, Quadrato,...

Vorrei poter assegnare 0 stelle. La gelateria è un bell’ambiente, ma purtroppo la carenza nel servizio e la maleducazione del personale, in particolare di un ragazzo, possono rovinare completamente l’esperienza.

Ieri sera mi sono recata presso la gelateria con una mia amica, con la speranza di gustare un buon gelato, ma sono rimasta assolutamente sconcertata dal comportamento del commesso. Mai, e sottolineo MAI, mi è capitato di incontrare una persona così maleducata e arrogante in un luogo che dovrebbe essere all’insegna della cortesia e del buon servizio.

Appena entrate, il commesso, un ragazzo giovane con l’atteggiamento di chi pensa di essere al di sopra di tutto, era distratto dal cellulare. Quando ci ha notate, ci ha guardate come se gli stessimo chiedendo un favore ENORME solo per poter ordinare due gelati. Rispondeva con sufficienza, senza un minimo di cortesia, come se fosse un obbligo fastidioso servire i clienti. Non si è nemmeno degnato di sorridere, ma anzi, sembrava che ci stesse facendo un favore a ogni parola. Il servizio? Lentissimo, nonostante ci fosse pochissima gente. Forse il suo atteggiamento “superiore” gli impedisce di fare il suo lavoro in maniera decente.

E che dire del gelato? Sinceramente, dopo un’esperienza del genere, il gusto non ci importava nemmeno più. Se il personale non è capace di offrire un minimo di rispetto ai clienti, io non spenderò un centesimo in un posto simile.

Mai più! Se volete un gelato e una minima attenzione, vi consiglio di andarvene altrove. È chiaro che la qualità del servizio non è la priorità di...
