This is the place to eat in Bologna. I almost never give 5 stars even when stuff is excellent, but this place is beyond amazing. It’s tiny, but such a fabulous atmosphere. You have one very nice lady taking care of the tables, and the two chefs preparing everything right there in front of you. You can see all meal preparation through a window, and when ready, the guys bring it right to your table. But no big fanfare or fireworks, just the real deal. Just BRILLIANT food, everything in small portions, and prepared with so much care and dedication. We found this place by accident as our room was just across the street, and ended up going two night back to back. I just can’t believe this place is real, and doesn’t have (that tire manufacturer ;) ) star yet. Make sure you absolutely plan on having a chill dinner here while the world hasn’t found out yet.
