Very bad impressions from the visit. The owner lady is extremely arrogant and unfriendly. That's why I put the low rate. The staff is thought, professional and working. UPD. Siamo stati recentemente al Bistro Gries 13 a Bolzano e siamo rimasti felicemente colpiti dall'esperienza culinaria offerta da questo ristorante/bistrot/enoteca. Il menu offre una varietà di piatti che riflettono la freschezza e la qualità degli ingredienti che utilizzano. Ho optato per uno dei loro piatti di carne, (oltre al primo) e devo dire che è stata una piacevole sorpresa, ottima la qualità della carne!
