This place is a true oasis of relaxation and peace, where you can truly feel at home. It is of recent construction so everything is practically new. The finishes & furnitures in the apartments/suites are of the best quality and there you can find everything you need from the kitchen utensils to the luxurious linens and not to talk about the super comfy beds ❤️❤️ The garden with the swimming pool is just amazing! It feels like you are in a tropical country because it is surrounded by immense bamboo trees and beautiful flowers, so cozy!! The wellness area is just so chic and so relaxing! Can’t get over it ❤️ The gym area has every you need to train while on vacation. But my favorite spot in this place is the rooftop, where you can simply relax while enjoying the amazing view up there or chill with friends while having an apero and listening to the background music. I and my family stayed here for a week and those days have been really wonderful ❤️❤️ Paolo and Giulia are the perfect hosts.. they were always there whenever we needed them ready to accommodate our needs. This place is just a few minutes away by foot from the city center of Bolzano and a few minutes drive away from the beautiful areas around the town. But if you don’t feel like walking or driving you can simply take the electric bikes available for the guests , which are normally for rent but if you book on their website they can be used for free. An extremely well thought out apartment concept with brand new high end details in every regard! Wonderful light and spacious rooms in a quiet neighbourhood. A short stroll to the city centre or you can hire an E bike through Paolo. Gorgeous views all around the property including the amazing swimming pool. The roof top terrace has been decked out so beautifully that you feel like you’re in a movie. Super helpful host Paolo has great local tips on where to eat the best authentic Italian cuisine including a fantastic pizzeria 50 meters away, however the rooms are set up for self catering with an Aldi within reach. My wife and I booked a stay here last minute, and when travelling sometimes we’re fortunate with pleasant surprises, this was one of this times.

The suites are brand new and the furnishings are modern with a special touch. The bed was super comfy. The showers were very nice, I need to go a look for this type of shower had for back home. -The host is amazingly friendly and hospitable. Restaurants are only a short walk. view from the roof top patio is lovely… I could go on.
