We had Fregula for two people for lunch there and it was a let down. Way, way too salty. We ate a similar dish the day before in Alghero so we could compare. Fair amount of seafood in the dish, but saltines was overwhelming. Menu is in Italian only but when asked, the waiter explained what was what. I think they should pay more attention to the state of their bathroom.

EDIT: The owner has a problem receiving criticism. What follows is not what I would normally post, but you offended us, so enjoy. Thanks to tourists like myself there is no toilet seat nor toilet paper in the bathroom? Do you even understand what you write, or is offending people you do not know your normal modus operandi? Listen pal, I have not damaged any of your property or disrespected any of your staff! This might come as a surprise to you, but as a paying customer I expect to be able to use a toilet if I need to.

You could have just explained that you add no salt to the dish, and saltines comes from ingredients. That’s what a reasonable business owner would have done, but you couldn’t help yourself and had to offend me. I am a tourist and therefore have no idea what food should taste like? I have tried food in more countries than you can name, so give me a break. We had our reusable water bottles with us, correct. Someone should have told us, it is against your rules to have them. My wife ordered a drink, didn’t she? I was not particularly thirsty, so I didn’t order any. If taking 2 sips of my own water ruined your day, then I am very sorry. All I can do is ask you to count the 2 Euros change I left as a compensation for not buying a bottle of water. Tourists do not understand your cooking style and wreck your place? There is a simple solution. Stop accepting tourist as customers and see how this works out for your business. To be fair, low score you received should make you happy. The lower the rating, the less tourists will visit. Jokes aside, consider changing the way you reply to criticism. For clarity, all what I have written above is me doing to you, what you...

Such a let down :((. We came excited because of the good reviews but left very disappointed. The food wasnt good even though we tried to eat it… couldnt finish. Ingredients might be good but it was so badly seasoned and over salted. We ate at different restaurant in the region, even a similar dish, but here it was unconsumable. Service was trying barely. One person speaking English for the whole restaurant. When the other waiter took our food and we clearly complained.. he only shrugged it off and went away. We were never asked about our satisfaction with the food, only given check with no regard. Maybe they treat tourists that way, or didnt have a good day. I dont know, but for us it was waste of 64€. Plus a 9€ can of cola (which is nearly 1/2 price of one main course). I do not recommend this place from...

We made the lunch reservation on Google several weeks in advance and received an email confirmation. Having seen good reviews, we were really looking forward to it. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told they were fully booked and we had to go. We could see the restaurant was set up for a bigger group. Looked like they decided to bump the individual customers who already made the bookings! When checking emails, I found a cancellation email sent only a day before, without any apology or explanation. The waiter who turned us away didn’t seem to care at all and was also not apologetic. It’s a business that doesn’t seem to care about its customers. As someone who runs a business in hospitality in the U.K., I’m very disappointed with their...

Now and again one stumbles across a rare underrated overlooked non-descript ristorante. Well this is certainly one of them! We have been dining in the “best” reviewed restaurants from San Teodoro to Olbia to Castelsardo to Alghero. The starters and primi (pasta) in this restaurant win hands down: you could immediately taste the texture and flavour of their homemade fresh pasta; the fresh off the boat seafood. Stunning stunning moreish cooking. BRAVO !!!

Please please please go to this restaurant whenever you are in Bosa! Staff was passionate and introduced every single item on menu in English. For appetisers We tried smoked tuna and local fish marinated in tomato sauce, both tastes really really good. We tried the catch of the day crab with white pasta, the flavorful pasta pairs well with the freshness of the crab. We couldn’t love this restaurant anymore and it was a wonderful dining experience.
