⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sto scrivendo questa recensione a metà pasto... è COSÌ buono! (I'm writing this review mid-meal... it's THAT good!) I find myself compelled to do something I have never done before: write a review while still seated at the table, eagerly awaiting my main course. But when food is this exceptional, you have to share it immediately. We are currently at Locanda di Corte, and we have just finished our first course. We shared the octopus (polpo) and the beef carpaccio, and frankly, we were left speechless. The octopus was a masterpiece of textures – unbelievably tender with the slightest, perfect char on the outside. It was clear it was handled by a kitchen that deeply understands its ingredients. And the carpaccio... simply sublime. The quality was immediately apparent, sliced paper-thin and dressed with a perfect, delicate balance that let the absolute freshness. It was vibrant, elegant, and utterly delicious. It's this level of undeniable quality and passion on the plate that made me pick up my phone. A first course this phenomenal doesn't just promise a good meal; it guarantees an unforgettable one. I cannot yet comment on what's to come, but based on this start, I can already say with absolute confidence that Locanda di Corte is a true culinary gem that deserves every single star. If you are in Bosa, do not miss this. This is the kind of dining experience you travel for. Now, if you'll excuse me, our main course is arriving, and I cannot...

The first day we arrived at Bosa, we could not get a place as we did not book in advance. If you decide to dine here, it is important to book at least one day before, as we experienced and also saw that guests who did not book were turned away due to full booking.

Great ambient and excellent staff service. There was even a complimentary small appetizer from the chef which gave a very personal touch to the whole experience.

Having read the reviews, we ordered the Octopus, chickpeas and dried tomato dish as an appetizer and was not disappointed at all, it was absolutely delicious.

I had the Fregola cozze vongole e pomodorini which tasted very good as well. My partner ordered Monkfish, lard, peas, beetroot and brown lamb stock, he liked the taste however was abit disappointed by the small portion and had to order an additional primo piatto, which was fresh pasta, bottarga emulsion, black garlic and celery oil. The dish tasted also very good.

We can totally see why this place is fully booked, as the pricing is quite reasonable for the quality of food and service provided in comparison to the other restaurants in...

We wanted to try this out based on the reviews but the service at the entrance was rude and highly unfriendly. We can't review the food hence we had no food in there. What we can is reviewing the service. We never experienced something like on this evening. To start with: we were not dressed up very chic this evening. Just normal, jeans and t-shirt. The seats were empty. Just two couples, smiling at us. We asked at the chef at the entrance to be seated. By looking at us up and down several times, he refused to let us in. His explanation was that we had no reservation. It was not only his explanation it was everything in his tone and his look at us. Rude and derogatory. Sometimes a look can tell you everything and with this he did. Again, the restaurant was empty. Little advice: Treat all people the same. This is human. We are privileged to be able to live such a life we do but we don't forget our humanity and that we are...

We loved this restaurant! Tucked away in one of the colourful side streets of the old town this was a very pleasant surprise. The waiters were also wonderful in their recommendations and very attentive. Food: Grilled octopus was wonderfully flavoured and very soft. My personal favourite! Lasagna seemed like a boring choice but delivered above and beyond. Only the desert, we chose the milföy, was a little bland with just a few sheets of milföy and some cream, but nice and light accompanied by coffee given the heat that day. Ambiance: The inside is also very cosy and decorated in a rustic style of the region and there is also outdoor seating among the multicoloured buildings which was lovely. For Families: There are also baby chairs for those who want to go with family but no changing table unfortunately. Regardless, we had our 1-year old with us and he absolutely loved the lasagna.
