Opened on 17 November 2022, the full name of the bar is “18-70 Drinkin' Kitchen”, as the intention of owner and bar manager Daniele Macció is to innovatively but respectfully combine cuisine and mixology. Taking advantage of outstanding ingredients of the Langhe hills in Piedmont, the cocktails and dishes are strongly linked to seasonal and local products. In addition to the standard menu with approximately 10 signatures and 10 dishes, every month 8 new ingredients will be featured, and will be found in both a signature cocktail and a food dish. Definitely one of the best places in Bra, both bar and kitchen are nicely thought. You can find the mixologist Daniele with creative and refined cocktails, they’re amazingly well balanced and pleasant. Then Elena at the kitchen, created a menu suited for any type of person and occasion, from the light in the mouth and crunchy pizza, gourmet burgers and a lot of vegetarian options that put the vegetable as the protagonist, standing out its flavor. Everything is made with intention: with an interconnection between the bar and the kitchen, they share and ri-use several ingredients in order to create zero waste, respecting the product and are also able to build a pairing, that exalts the taste of both the drink and the food. Outstanding place. Both food and drinks were absolutely superb. Great cocktails well priced wine list and the scotch egg was by far, the best I've ever eaten. You get to be totally looked after by Daniele, the owner and his amazing team. Music, atmosphere and the staff made totally our night in Bra. A must visit when...
