Crazy Bull Cafe' — Restaurant in Bracciano

It was meant to be a franchise, but, the owner understood that was not going to last, so he bought the trademark, and started working hard, and now, what was meant to be a fast food, has become the number 1 American restaurant in the hole Lazio region after the Hard Rock Cafe of Rome, wich is off course a massive multi million dollar worldwide company. This is a family owned business, and yet, it is right at the tail of HRC. The boss, is not the classic rich entrepreneur that you never see around. He is the hardest worker in the room, never rests, always grinding, always listening to customers, always serving people. My hat off for you sir. Design-wise, the place looks like a cliché of an American diner " Happy Days" style. But I think it's kinda cute. Talking about what's important, the food is good, the staff are fast as a lightning, the place is clean and there's a good vibe. I tried their good interpretation of the famous Louisiana Po Boy sandwich, which came with some perfectly made french fries. It seems that this place is popular among the locals, mainly families and groups of friends who are fed up by the traditional local (excellent) food. It is what it says...Crazy. loud tex mex styled diner with lots of young adults enjoying themselves. We just fell in after a long day out and to be honest the size of the portions overwhelmed us.
