Trattoria Da Ilaria — Restaurant in Bracciano

My wife and I casually found this restaurant on our stroll and are happy we did. The service and employees were kind and helpful. The food was delicious and the portions were amazing. We ordered the carbonara and the steak. The carbonara was perfectly creamy and rich with flavor, while the guanciale perfectly complimented it. The steak was cooked perfectly, really tender and juicy with every bite. The ambiance is friendly and cozy and we had an overall great experience. I would absolutely be visiting this place again...

We came here twice, it's just too good. Had both carbonara & amatriciana. The standard pasta portion is massive (250g - yes, 1/4 kg!) so if you want appetizers & main courses I suggest you order half portion of pasta. The tiramisù is also sublime. Service is friendly, everyone is in a good mood and it seems to be a small family business. A dinner for two (1L water, 0.5L house red wine, 2 pasta & 1 appetizer) was 34€. Stanchi di tenere allacciati i pantaloni? Beh, se vuoi far saltare il bottone dei tuoi jeans in fronte a tu* cognat* o tu* suocer* devi assolutamente portarli in questa trattoria a Bracciano🏞! Porzioni estremamente generose (non rivelerò quanti etti di pasta è una singola porzione…dico solo TANTA), buonissime e caserecce come piacciono a me… per pagare poi due lire. Personale accogliente e sorridente 😄. Insomma non ho trovato una pecca , che fosse solo una.

• Trattoria tipica romana: antipasti classici: taglieri, fritti misti e vari antipasti veramente sfiziosi. primi piatti: ovviamente la santa trinità (carbonara, amatriciana e cacio e pepe), ma anche fettuccine con il ragù di 🐗, con i funghi porcini e altri primi di quelli “belli tosti”. secondi piatti di carne: tagliate, spezzatino, galletto e stinco di maiale e contorni vari.

•qualità/prezzo: IMPARAGONABILE. In 4, antipasti abbondanti, 4 primi (XXL), 2 dolci (XXL), acqua e coca cola e 2 caffè…. Ben 78 EURO in 4. Ripeto DU’ LIRE!!!!
