Carlos & Harmony — Restaurant in Burggrafenamt - Burgraviato

We were so excited to find mexican food in italy. Our first meal was a carne asada burrito and my husband had the beef tacos, both delicious and as we expected. So much so we went back for a second time, it was a great start with the nachos, obviously made in house with just the right amount of cheese throughout the dish and jalapenos on top. The guacamole was equally delicious. Unfortunately the disappointment came with the mains; I ordered the chicken fajitas and my husband the chicken burrito. The fajitas came out with sliced chicken, onions, zucchini and carrots on a hot plate....now, I have had fajitas numerous times in my life but never with anything other than onions and peppers, it was a major disappointment. The chicken burrito was also filled with zucchini and carrots, definitely not what you expect in a Mexican restaurant. The waitress was great and attentive, offering us a tequila when we were leaving. Overall if they could work on the chicken fajitas and burrito fillings it would be a wonderful experience. I wish them luck as offering diversity in italian cities isn't easy and people like experiencing...

La mia ragazza ed io ci siamo trasferiti da poco a Merano e a 5 minuti a piedi da casa abbiamo fatto questa piacevole scoperta. Dall'esterno quasi irriconoscibile, è un locale che non dà troppo nell'occhio ma che per i più attenti presente un'atmosfera tranquilla e interessante già dall'esterno.

Una volta entrati, siamo stati rapiti dallo stile e il design molto vecchio ma ben curato, in tipico stile messicano; sembrava di essere atterrati all'Havana.

Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto per assaggiare diverse pietanze; il cibo era buono ma personalmente non ho apprezzato le troppe patatine presenti nel piatto.

Come primo abbiamo diviso un piatto di tacos, tutti molto buoni e nemmeno troppo piccanti
