A'Mare - Ristorante del Lido — Restaurant in Cagliari

It was busy at around 1:30pm today but my wife and I found a small table in the shade. Everyone seemed to be having a good time (really family oriented). We had the option of the menu or they were also having a cookout down closer to the water if we wanted self service--it looked like burgers and hot dogs kind of a thing cooked over a "Komodo Joe" green egg type grill. The waitress came right over and took our order (she was very kind and helped us through the menu) We were served with our drinks and meal within about 5 minutes (delicious sandwiches). Bottom line--great food, great staff and great atmosphere....

Esperienza stupenda ! Vorrei cominciare parlando del servizio:

Noto ultimamente un calo del livello di professionalità e gentilezza in tanti locali presenti a Cagliari e questo toglie un po’ di voglia già nell’entrare e sedersi.

Servire All’ospite appena arrivato un calice di bollicine e un piatto speciale preparato apposta per chi si accomoda al tavolo è un gesto sempre molto apprezzato. Sono molto contento che ancora certe attenzioni vengano mantenute.

La nostra Sara ci ha aiutato a percorrere, con estrema gentilezza e discrezione, un sentiero eno-gastronomico molto interessante , facendoci desiderare di ordinare tutto il menù 😄 . Abbiamo ordinato un Capichera classico ( vermentino di Gallura ) che non si smentisce mai . A seguire dei crudi di mare freschissimi e di altissima qualità ..i primi erano un piacere per il palato .. il dolce : un accostamento speciale e inaspettato dal carattere unico.

Voglio ringraziare tantissimo la nostra Sara, la gentilissima eleonora , Andrea e Matteo . Mi sono trovato benissimo e non vedo l’ora di tornare a mangiare da voi . La sera del 13 Settembre ho festeggiato il mio compleanno alla mezzanotte e siete stati la mia prima scelta , peccato che avevate un evento privato e non ci siamo potuti rivedere Ma tornerò appena possibile , a breve .

Continuate a offrire sempre questo ottimo servizio , indiscutibilmente fondamentale per un ristorante .. il 60% , a mio avviso, è quello che conta maggiormente, Il resto viene da sè . Qualità delle materie prime ECCELLENTE carta dei vini equilibrata e molto varia I piatti cambiano spesso quindi non ci si annoia anche se si decide di andare a cena da Voi più spesso .

Ci vediamo presto . Grazie ancora , è sempre bello vivere queste esperienze . Dimenticavo una cosa , ultima ma non meno importante : la location sul mare è qualcosa di...

Incredible meal and service. Can't believe how quiet it was, this restaurant should be busy every day! The food is exceptional, the chef went out of their way to make me a vegetarian starter which was hugely appreciated. Amazing service and some of the best food I've had in Italy. Absolute gem of a restaurant. It's not in an obvious location, you have to walk through a kind of mall, but please visit here...
