Fino all'estate scorsa avrei detto di questo luogo solo cose buone. Prezzi non sempre economici, ma comunque prodotti buoni. Ma due giorni fa ho assistito a una scena che mi ha veramente fatto cadere le braccia: la presa in giro di una cliente che aveva chiesto se possibile di tagliarle un tortino. Non si poteva? C'era troppa gente? A me sembrava una cosa di non particolare fatica, ma... Va bene, bastava semplicemente dirlo. Però prenderla in giro in malo modo e davanti a tutti... questo no!!! Non basta essere in un posto bellissimo e fare prodotti buoni: se poi non sai trattare con il pubblico, non solo turistico (cui devi, tra l'altro, la tua fortuna)... beh puoi sempre fare con più soddisfazione altri mestieri!! Peccato......
