KFC — Restaurant in Campi Bisenzio

Really awful! Ordered a Zinger burger and the crispy chicken tenders.... where to start... Okay, the Zinger burger. First thing that came to mind was that it was tiny! Seriously, it's small. It's called a Zinger burger as there's supposed to be a spicy, tasty, sauce in there. That seemed to have been missed out and there wasn't even a little spiciness to it. Having lived in the UK the Zingers over there are lovely and spicy and I'm sure they're larger too. The other thing that didn't help it was that it wasn't even slightly warm and this is on a day when the temperature outside reached 38°c. Now, to the crispy chicken tenders. They should be called to task under the trade description act as they definitely weren't crispy. They were, at least, hot but the chicken they were made from seemed tasteless and very stringy. There's not a lot more to be said about them as they were just boring and tasteless. The order wasn't even particularly fast considering it's supposed to be a fast food place and they weren't particularly busy. Really sad as this was the first KFC that we'd tried since moving to Italy and unfortunately we won't...

We had had a long day and we needed to charge the Tesla and find something quick to eat. We were near a shopping centre so we popped inside and the kids wanted a KFC. We just wanted to order a family bucket to eat, but they didn’t serve one. They had a bucket for 3, that had 3 pieces of chicken, 6 wings and 4 strips, plus some drinks and fries, for almost £25! We ordered 2 between 5 people and it was barely enough food. £50 on KFC and I’ve never felt more mugged. I hate to eat shot food like this when in a place like Italy, as we have been eating such wonderful things every day, but sometimes needs/must. I honestly couldn’t believe how awful value it was though, would never go back to a KFC in...

Innanzitutto sono una persona comprensiva ma non mi piacciono i sotterfugi… Ho ordinato due purè medi, invece mi hanno dato uno grande dicendo che erano finiti quelli medi e non potevano rimborsarmi e ci avrei pure guadagnato perché è più grande, ma ho pagato 4.20€ per 2 medi! Un purè grande costa solo 2.70! È UNA FREGATURA !!! Ci rimetto 1.50 e poi ero con la mia amica volevamo due vaschette separate non voglio uno grande. Posto il problema NON volevano rimborsarmi, allora ho chiesto se potevano cambiarmi con qualcos’altro perché siamo in due ma non potevano fare niente, solo purè e quelli medi sono FINITI ! E dopo tanti tentativi di farmi zittire dicendo che sono io che ci ho guadagnato perché un purè era scambiato con delle patatine del menù quindi in teoria costa meno del purè medio ma ahimè lo scontrino non mente! Hanno lo stesso prezzo!! Ho fatto notare questo e non avendo altre scuse, allora per magia che succede? Il purè medio che la Manager diceva di aver finito è comparso! E me lo ha buttato nella vaschetta come la Rabbia di Inside Out giusto in tema con il film appena uscito, non penso di tornarci più a KFC perché è già la seconda volta che mi sento trattata male dal personale, la prima può essere una coincidenza ma la seconda soprattutto dal manager non me la aspettavo questo, poi nemmeno una scusa come se rivolere indietro i miei 1.50€truffati sia una cosa sbagliatissima mah…in conclusione CONTROLLATE BENE quando vi...
