Com'era sottobosco? Uno spettacolo per la cucina. Avevamo già le idee chiare su cosa ordinare ma ci è stato consigliato dell'altro e sono stati eccezionali. Prima abbiamo gustato un aperitivo innovativo da loro servito con un piccolo ma bel tagliere di salumi di pregio. Insieme abbiamo mangiato una pizza con i carciofi fritti che era gustosissima e per finire ho preso un piatto... Il piatto del taglialegna che è divino: braciola di lombo buonissima, una salsiccia di quelle ben fatte e che non sono piene di acqua ma estremamente saporita, due buone alette di pollo, wurstel ed un ottimo uovo all'occhio di bue ben cotto. Risultato? Chiesto il conto è riprenotato per assaggiare altre meraviglie che abbiamo visto passare ma che prenderemo. Se siete dalle parti di Venturina andateci...
