¨ Uno non puo pensare bene, amare bene, dormire bene, se non ha mangiato bene¨

Something must have happened because I did not sleep well. Was it the food, the service or the three little brat kids that made our dinner and experience taste sour???? My ear lobe still hurts from so much screaming and running around the restaurant as they were in a McDonalds or Disneyland. I do not blame the kids but the parents. You are what you are taught....obviously, these kids were not taught how to behave properly.

The restaurant was full inside and out, otherwise I would have asked to move far way from those selfish, irresponsible parents and kids. We were not the only ones being dissatisfied, others around us, were very annoyed but amazingly nobody said anything not even the manager or the owner.

The considerate thing by the management to do, was to kindly ask the parents to keep their kids to behave accordingly and let the other 30 people around them to enjoy their dinner. If they threaten not ever to come back, it would be a PLUS for Casa Mia.

I also have a restaurant and would never allow one table to disturb the peace of others.

The service was very friendly, the food excellent and the design of the restaurant, smart and elegant. Congratulations. Perhaps next time I visit you, I should...

Sono stato a mangiare a casamia per ben 4 volte La prima volta con amici, eravamo in 10 ed abbiamo mangiato carne, siamo stati tutti male. Purtroppo avevamo notato che la carne non viene conservata in vetrine chiuse con temperatura costante ma in vetrine aperte e soggette a sbalzi di temperatura, addirittura c’erano dei dessert in mezzo alla carne cruda (del tutto non conforme alle normative ASL e HACCP. Nonostante ciò sono voluto tornare per la pizza che devo dire è davvero molto buona, così come gli antipasti. Una volta si sono dimenticati di portarci le patatine, quando glielo abbiamo ricordato ce le hanno portate 10 secondi dopo FREDDE, ah dimenticavo anche la volta prima si erano dimenticati di ordinare 2 taglieri, quando ce lo hanno detto che non erano in comanda gli abbiamo detto di ordinarne solo uno ma ce ne hanno portati ugualmente 2 facendocelo pagare tutti e 2 vabbè… La terza volta che sono stato lì hanno portato le patatine che avevamo ordinato al tavolo affianco e poi hanno messo diverse cose del loro tavolo nel nostro conto ma fortunatamente ce ne siamo accorti e glielo abbiamo detto. La quarta volta abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene, ma ci hanno fatto pagare il conto di un altro tavolo e ce ne siamo accorti quando eravamo già distanti dal paese, ci sembrava impossibile che avessimo pagato 108€ per 3 antipasti, 2 pizze e 2 calici di vino, prezzi alla mano veniva 85 quindi abbiamo chiamato per avere spiegazioni e un dipendente ci ha detto che avevamo sbagliato tavolo e che ci avrebbero mandato un rimborso (che non è mai arrivato ovviamente), ho chiesto di parlare con il proprietario ma non me lo hanno passato al telefono perchè era occupato (a mezzanotte), ho lasciato un mio recapito per essere richiamato appena si liberava e sto ancora aspettando una sua chiamata. Mi dispiace ma non verrò più, una volta può succedere un errore ma non 4 su 4. Consiglio al proprietario di istruire meglio il personale di sala e di insegnargli almeno i numeri dei tavoli alla perfezione prima di fargli prendere un piatto in mano o tantomeno fare cassa senza neanche mostrare e verificare un conto prima di prendere...

The service was a bit slow and apparently only one waiter spoke English but he was not our waiter 🤣 we ordered a few pizzas and they were of varying quality. Mine was cooked way to hard and the middle just crumbled. The other pizzas were good and very flavorful. We also ordered a few of the fried items and they were delicious. We also had the local pasta dish with tomatoes and it was definitely very delicious. Unfortunately all of our dishes came at the same time and it ended up being a bit overwhelming and the food ended up cold as we could not manage to eat it fast enough. The prices were reasonable. All in all an okay experience - not the best but definitely not the...
