Instead of the rich and creamy cheese fondue with the distinct aroma of fresh truffle that we had expected, we received slightly moist pasta with a minimal amount of mushroom-based sauce. Of the two portions we ordered, one had a small amount of sauce, while the other was nearly dry, with the pasta barely coated. The mushrooms were crushed into small crumbs and lacked a noticeable flavor. This execution did not match the description of the dish or its price of €20. Additionally, there were some details in the service that stood out. We were served bread with olive oil, but no plate for the oil or seasonings like salt and pepper were provided. The dish itself was served on cold plates, and it arrived only lukewarm, which gave the impression that it might have been prepared in advance or left to sit before serving. The service also left something to be desired. We visited in the afternoon on a cold day when the restaurant was quiet, and the owner seemed somewhat distant in his interactions with us. It felt like there was less interest in engaging with tourists, possibly because we were perceived as one-time visitors. Please do not take this review as a negative critique, but rather as constructive feedback for improvement. I sincerely hope that my observations help the restaurant refine its service and offerings.
