First, the staff wasn't pleased and made sure to show it when we wanted to change our table as we didn't want to sit at the entrance of the resto nor the kitchen. Second, while ordering, we were actually asked whether we knew what tartar was! 🤯 Third, mozzarella bufala came cooked and with kiwis! Forth, the tartare was very poorly executed despite good quality ingredients. Fifth, we ordered the filet medium-rare, it came well done. And most importantly, when we asked for mayonnaise, we received 4 different dips. Wow! Every single dish we had was amazing! Truffle Tartare was quite possibly the best I have every had, the Chicken Caesar was cooked perfectly and had a delightful flavor, the pistachio crusted lamb chops were mouth watering and the Pistachio Mousse was by far the best pistachio dessert I've ever tasted!! The Apple Strudel was good and my friend loved the Ricotta Cheese Cake. As delicious as my lamb chops were, I was actually jealous of my husband's steak. He got the Entrecote Steak with Pistachio sauce and crispy bacon - this steak was cooked perfectly and was phenomenal!!

Premetto che ero già stata in questa braceria già l'anno scorso e non ho avuto problemi. Ho deciso di tornare anche quest anno ma la solfa è stata tutta diversa. Abbiamo avuto parecchie difficoltà evidentemente nella comprensione reciproca perché su sei persone, tre portate sono arrivate sbagliate o con ingredienti a sorpresa non richiesti. Il vero problema è stato nella reazione del personale (in realtà di una cameriera sola). L'hamburger al sangue è arrivato molto cotto, su due porzioni di patate al forno e una di patatine fritte ne sono arrivate tre al forno. Sul tortino al cioccolato hanno messo lamelle di mandorle a cui mio marito è allergico, le verdure grigliate sono arrivate già condite, me le hanno sostituite con altre verdure grigliate.. Condite. Sono cose che capitano e per carità.. Quello che mi ha lasciata veramente irritata è stata la reazione. Alla richiesta di poter sostituire le verdure, ad esempio, la suddetta cameriera ha voluto precisare che io non le avevo chieste scondite e che così era uno spreco. Ma siamo Seri? Mi sono sentita in diritto di dirle che nel menù, se per questo, non erano nemmeno indicate come verdure Condite altrimenti lo avrei specificato eccome! La vera presa in giro è stata quando mi ha ripresentato il piatto nuovamente condito. Meno, ma sempre condito. Mi sono sentita veramente presa in giro. Non devo spiegazioni sul perché non voglio determinate cose nel piatto. Se non è specificato nel menù penso sia mio diritto farmelo cambiare. Così non è stato. Anche sul conto c'è stato da ridire (benché ci avessero comunque già fatto uno sconto di cortesia per il disguido) perché avevano conteggiato anche il dessert che mio marito neanche ha toccato e ha fatto portare subito indietro. Scuse accettate. Non solo parole negative. Detto questo, la carne è veramente di ottima qualità e cucinata bene, anche i dolci sono stati graditi molto.

Consiglio spassionato: rivedete il menù e annotate gli ingredienti così da evitare problemi a voi e ai clienti.. Gli estri creativi possono piacere come creare problemi. Meglio essere preparati ed evitare...
