I've just had one of my absolute best dining experiences in Italy at Okkio Cuscuseria, and I'm still completely blown away! This place is an absolute must if you love authentic, freshly caught seafood and a personal experience that is out of the ordinary. What makes Okkio Cuscuseria truly special is that the owner himself is in the kitchen, working his magic with the catch of the day. We were treated to a menu of no less than 10 courses, all built around the freshest ingredients the sea had to offer that day. Every single serving was a new, exciting taste experience. Imagine innovative and delicious creations like crispy nachos topped with succulent shrimp and an incredibly delicate tuna tartare that melted in your mouth. It was clear that the chef isn't afraid to think outside the box, while the respect for the fresh ingredients shone through in every bite. The service was also top-notch – attentive, friendly, and with a genuine Italian warmth that made us feel incredibly welcome. And the icing on the cake? The price! To get so many tasty and creative dishes, based on daily fresh ingredients and served with so much heart, at SUCH a good price, is almost too good to be true. Okkio Cuscuseria isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience. A tribute to the sea and Italian culinary art, delivered with a personality and charm that is rare. I cannot recommend this place enough – hurry up and book a table, you won't regret...

This Couscouseria is the best one of the town if not the region. The owner Mounir sat at our table and explained the menu so we knew exactly what to order. He was so attentive to our needs to make sure we experienced the authentic couscous we were looking for. For starter we ordered Tuna Caponata to share and it was the best I have ever had 10/10. For mains my wife ordered the couscous of the day which was Saffron infused couscous, with fish, shellfish and vegetables and I had the traditional fish and shellfish couscous. Both were generous portions and the abundance of fish and seafood was well beyond our expectations. Special mention goes to Marta our waitress who was a joy to deal with. To top off the night we were offered complementary glasses of prosecco, amaro and limoncello. Wow what a night and what a feast to remember for a special wedding...

What a find! My wife and I started with antipasti- raw fish which was so fresh and melted in the mouth. Our Secondi was sharing lobster in couscous. Mouthwatering doesn’t do this justice. What goes above and beyond was the owner and chef Mounir who gave us complimentary limoncello and a bottle of olive oil. Lastly but certainly not least were our fantastic waitresses. I only got Sophia’s name but they were both great. I’ve hopefully attached photos…

Real and delicious seafood! It‘s a hidden gem in a small italian side street, far away from the usual tourist restaurants. The fish and seafood are super fresh. The couscous was really, really tasty – and the pasta was also amazing! You can tell the food is made with love. The chef is very friendly and welcoming. If you want to eat real, local food instead of going to crowded tourist places, you should definitely come here!
