"Una delusione inaspettata: non lo stesso ristorante di cui ci eravamo innamorati" Valutazione: 1/5 Siamo stati in questo ristorante l'anno scorso e ne eravamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Purtroppo, l'esperienza quest'anno è stata molto diversa e piuttosto deludente. Comprendiamo che gestire un gruppo di 17 persone possa presentare delle sfide, ma ci sono stati numerosi inconvenienti che meritano di essere segnalati. Punti positivi: La qualità dei prodotti resta alta, coerente con la nostra visita precedente. Punti negativi: Porzioni Ridotte: I primi piatti erano scandalosamente ridotti in termini di quantità. Con 70 grammi di pasta a testa, ci siamo sentiti come se avessimo pagato per un'esperienza gourmet, ma senza essere avvisati in anticipo. Limitazioni del Menù: Ci è stato detto che potevamo scegliere solo da due/tre tipi di primi a causa del numero del nostro gruppo. Inoltre, è stato imposto di ordinare sia il primo che il secondo piatto contemporaneamente. Comunicazione dei Prezzi: Ci è stato proposto un menù degustazione senza fornire alcuna indicazione sul prezzo sul menù. Questo è inaccettabile in un ristorante di questo calibro. Excellent restaurant where to eat typical dishes. Very good price/quality ratio. I have taken dumplings with mushrooms and the ricotta cheese inside was fantastic, as second dish I have tasted a perfectly cooked lamb with boiled potatoes cutlets crisped outside by oven cooking and a final ice-cream with almonds, dried figs and wild fennel seeds. Just 37 € for all this, a bottle of water and a glass of good wine. Furthermore the staff is kind and talkative despite of the many costumers to handle. Warmly recommended as the visit to this wonderful village.

The service offered by the waiter was exceptional. His colleague served us our Gin and Tonic that was beyond our expectations and we were so surprised to have it lit in front of us and with the generous lime, marshmallow and rosemary was delicious. We all loved our meals and would particularly recommend the veal sirloin and the red and yellow tomato pasta with almonds. The best I have ever had. They were accomadating with the request by one of our parties for a gluten free meal and had bread for her on the ready. Don't walk past this restaurant

We arrived on the first day of reopening in April 2025. The season had yet to take off and there were only three tables. It was nevertheless the best meal we had for some time. All the dishes were simple but the ingredients were local and of the season - fresh and chosen with great care. The very simple steamed artichoke was tender and flavoursome , contrasted with creamy ricotta. The next course of sliced prosciutto- exquisite quality inspire of its humble origins set off with a crispy fennel salad and just a touch of EV olive oil. Very simply seasoned so the ham shone through. Then home made ravioli filled with ricotta, set off by a mushroom, wild asparagus and tomato sauce. Not too much tomato, generous slices of porcini and a smattering of perfectly cooked slender asparagus. Every ingredient perfectly balanced. The main course of roasted pork from black pigs was Devine. Tender, juicy, perfectly seared on the outside and excellent flavour. The whole lunch took us almost two hours without dessert… mainly because the waiter was all time talking with friends at another table and didn’t take care so much about others. High prices. Do not order sausage… impossible to eat. P.S. I can understand that owner is trying to protect its good name, but I think it is not right to say, that I am liar only to try discarding my opinion. Probably you did not read properly: we waited for putting orders of everything because waiter was busy taking with friends. That the reason we decided to leave without ordering dessert… we asked for a menu and later we waited 20 min… nobody attend us, so we decided to leave.
