AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Was the WORST pizza I have ever had in my life, wish I had read the honest reviews before we ordered, the good ones here are certainly fake.

We got a take away and after one bite, which I couldn't actually swallow, we discarded the 'pizza'. The tomato base was like a really strong pasta sauce and it was really disgusting. I can't really put into words how horrible it was, but both of us hate wasting food and my partner can normally eat anything, even he couldn't stomach this one.

I know some reviews make things seem worse than they are but this was truly disgusting and with no exaggeration whatsoever the worse pizza we have ever eaten. (It's become an ongoing joke that in Italy, of all places, we were served what has turned out to be the worst pizza ever)

I get so disappointed and irritated with bad restaurant food, and the people running this place take absolutely no pride in their food or service, evident in what they serve and how. To me it's a real shame that businesses like this exist openly scamming and deceiving customers. If only a bit more effort was put into actually making edible food rather than vomiting fake reviews, it's neither an honest or decent way to treat people or indeed to...

Absolutely fake positive reviews by them, the pictures they posted are they same pictures before printing it to be put on their menu. No italian or anyone with a tastebud would even consider their pizzas a proper pizza. Supermarket frozen pizza is what you will get. The pizza picture on their menu looks nothing like their pizza they served. Tuna tataki had a disgusting smell and the pasta with salmon and shrimp had absolutely no taste. It was super creamy but inedible. Finally had enough and told them that it was very bad. The waiter asked if I want another order, no just the check. Well ofcourse they still charge for the pasta that I had one bite of. No problem, we wanted to pay and leave as soon as we could. Also the cooks aren't italian trying to cook italian food but not even close. I hope this would make you improve. For the tourist please don't waste your time and a good opportunity to try a good pizza at this place, you will be disappointed. Please do not be fooled by their fake positive reviews from friends and family. It's funny that the reviewers names all sound from a certain country, and most have not reviewed anywhere else...

Summary: Incorrect images for menu items. Bad tasting pizza. Sparkling water was flat. Service was just ok. Questionable if the staff are actually Italian. High rating reviews are most likely fake.

Full review: The day was in May. As the darkness from the ashes of Mt. Etna faded I became increasingly hungry for a pizza. Lo and behold the Heaven Kitchen and Bar appeared to me as I withered and wandered through the streets of Catania. So struck with hunger I ordered what I had believed, based on the beautiful menu image, to be a succulent Italian dish, a beautiful Rústico Pizza. What I received was a sight that I can only describe as a battlefield of dough littered with french fries and dry cheese. The taste was unimaginably bad. The sparkling water was flatter than an undisturbed pond. Be warned that this place, though appealing to the eye, is in fact a lair of incapable chefs and fools.
