I found this restaurant on Google maps because I was getting a bit bored with the same seafood and pasta dishes on offer in most restaurants. The goulash was so delicious, perfectly seasoned and the beef was so tender. The paprika lifted the dish to another level. House wine was good too. If I wasn't leaving Catania soon I would have definitely returned. Beautiful italian restaurant - looks like in movies. Food is super tasty and service is very nice and helpful. Greeting to Carolina who speaks fluent english and explained every dish. Con immenso piacere descrivo l'unico ristorante che ha costruito e scritto la storia culinaria di Catania. Recensirlo forse è riduttivo, ma informare e diffondere tali aspetti, è certamente utile per coloro che vivono e scrutano sui social, cercando di carpire informazioni essenziali per saper scegliere e frequentare un locale come "La Cantinaccia". Il tempo passa inesorabilmente per tutti e sapere di poter far parte di coloro che hanno visto nascere, crescere e mutare nel tempo tale ristorante, senza mai alterare le doti che lo caratterizzano, è un aspetto ormai raro ed imprescindibile. Location unica nel suo genere, il personale sempre cordiale e sorridente, i piatti storici, le pizze tradizionali e caratteristiche della nostra cucina siciliana, i dolci appaganti e toccanti, lasciandoti quel gradevole sapore alla fine del proprio percorso gastronomico. Mi limito ad inoltrare due immagini dei dolci gustati e lascio a voi lettori, l'opportunità di scoprire l'inaspettato, adesso presente anche il GLUTEN FREE, aspetto importante al giorno d'oggi.
